Custom flags are a great way to showcase your business logo, school, or even your family crest!

Red River Flags offers several different options for custom flags.

Nylon – Printed on 200 denier nylon. Sizes up to 6’x10’ are finished with header and grommets. Sizes 8’x12’ and larger are finished with header and D-Rings. Single Face Reverse, Double-Face, or Sleeve options available.

Jet Flag – 129 Gram poly-knit material. 600 DPI high resolution direct-to-fabric digital printing. Sizes up to 6’x10’ are finished with header and grommets. 8’x12’ and larger are finished with header and D-Rings. Single Face Reverse option only. No Seam.

Block-Out Polyester – One layer of fabric with block-out woven into it. Finished with header and grommets only. Available in Single Face Reverse and Double-Face options. Sizes include 2’x3’, 3’x5’, 4’x6’, and 5’x8’ only. Dye sublimination process, no special finishing, white is NOT bright white. Dye sub inks will fade faster than digital inks.

Spun Polyester – Spun polyester fabric with NEAR 100% back side reverse print. Finished with header and grommets only. Sizes include 2’x3’,3’x5’, 4’x6’, 5’x8’, and 6’x10’. Dye sublimination process, no special finishing, white is NOT bright white. Dye sub inks will fade faster than digital inks.

What does Single Face Reverse, Double Face, and Sleeve mean?

Single Face Reverse – Printed on one side with full ink penetration so the reverse image is seen on the backside.

Double Face – Constructed as two printed flags sewn back-to-back with a lightweight inner liner sewn between.

Pole Hem Sleeve – Finishing that will fit over a pole. The sleeve has a liner sewn in with a leather tab sewn in at the top center position. The standard pole hem size is 3”. This fits a 1”- 1.25” diameter pole. You can also add a fringe around your flag for indoor flag displays.

Artwork Requirements: To ensure high quality results, it is necessary to provide us with the best artwork possible. Recommended vector file types .eps, .ai, .pdf (Raster files: minimum of 150 DPI @ 100%. Recommended file types .psd, .tiff, .jpg). Please also include solid coated Pantone colors with artwork. There may be a small artwork charge if artwork needs to be re-created. There is NO set up fee.
